Estate Planning

Our estate planning entails a review of the documents that the executor of the estate would need for ready access upon death. These documents would be necessary to identify the decedent, his/her status, and clearly convey their desires for the disposition of property to the courts and other interested parties.

A complete file containing necessary contracts, policies, and other papers will be created. An identical file will be maintained at Savaglia Investments & Planning to aid the executor in fulfilling final wishes.
